Size: smaller Skipper
I don't know if there is enough showing to pinpoint the ID of this Skipper. It was browsing the plants besides a small pond during the early afternoon.

Least Skipper?
I don't know the color range of Least's. The one you referenced is much oranger, but if that is variable, then perhaps it is a Least. Thanks.
