Need another dragonfly id please - Dythemis velox - Female

Found along Dixon Creek of White Rock Lake. Mid morning, early September. Have not seen one with this exact shade of aqua and that kind of black burnt looking area on the tips of the wings. Believe it is a female.

I've captured a male of this species, It was all brown, no aqua, might be why I didn't think of that, do the females have the blue?
