Fly - Rhagio

Fly - Rhagio

Is this a type of Snipe fly?

Rhagio, not Atherix
Rhagionidae: Rhagio sp. This is not Atherix

Ibis fly
Looks like an ibis fly to me, the family Athericidae. This family used to be part of the snipe flies, so if it is an ibis fly you're excused for thinking it to be a snipe fly.
