Protodeltote albidula ? - Protodeltote albidula
South Slough National Estuarine Reserve, Coos County, Oregon, USA
July 7, 2015
Butterflies and Moths of N. Am. Org has identified this as Protodeltote albidula. I assume they are correct, but since I'm not even a novice at identifying moths I feel someone should take a peek at it before it goes into the data base. As far as I can tell it is the southern most record on the Pacific Coast for this species.

Found on the ground in the open, but very near coastal forest.

That is correct, but thank you for being careful.
