This is Manduca sexta, not M. quinquemaculata. Look at the shape of the stripes, they are just lines and not V shaped.

That is a Manduca Quinquemacu
That is a Manduca Quinquemaculata (Tomato Hornworm) that has been used as a host for some Diachasmimorpha longicaudata (Braconoid Fly) larvae. I was researching that very insect when I found this site!
