I'm no good at flies so I'll leave this one to the experts rather than bother trying to key it out. Hopefully there is enough combination of body and visible wing venation to get some kind of ID.

was my first thought. Wing venation terminology for flies is so different from hymenoptera that it drives me nuts to key them out and I never really bothered to learn it (I still use the old Jurine-Cresson system).

Longlegged Flies (Dolichopodidae)
