Small flying insect

Small flying insect
Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida, USA
March 9, 2015
I saw this little insect flying along and all of a sudden it was just suspended in the air. When I looked closer it got one leg caught on a very tiny thread of spider silk.

Moved

Moved
Moved from ID Request. I think family Keroplatidae, tribe Orfeliini.

Daredevil
Some fungus gnats and crane flies deliberately hang on spider webs by their front legs. I can't tell if this one is trapped or resting.
