I did look at that one, but I couldn't find a photo that showed the all black pronotum with just a narrow white margin.

This pronotum pattern
is indeed unusual for this particular form of Harmonia axyridis (f. succinea). However it has been known in the past, so its not that rare.
Though not always the most regular occurrence, any pronotum pattern shown by Harmonia axyridis can be paired with any elytral pattern. It just so happens that the pronotum pigmentation fluctuates quite wildly in this species.
