Lacewing larva with red aphids - Micromus
Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA

Size: ~5mm
In areas the goldenrod stems are just covered with these red aphids and if you look closer, there are sometimes other nymphs and insects lurking about.

Long lurker likely lacewing larva
I also think I see a tiny carpet beetle, right of center and about halfway down. Rest appear to be aphids.
