Centipede?
New Eagle, Washington County, Pennsylvania, USA
April 10, 2015
Taken 1:48 pm. Clear weather 80 degrees. Found under cinder block. Didn't stop much after it started moving, would sometimes lift 50-70% of it's body into the air before walking again.
