Beautiful Boatman - Sigara
Pleasant Creek WMA, Barbour County, West Virginia, USA

I'm surprised this turned out as well as it did. The boatman was tiny, and I just pointed the lens down into the muddy water. I fired the flash and worried about glare, but everything turned out okay. Using How to Know the True Bugs I came up with genus Sigara as the probable ID.
