Shining springtail - Lepidocyrtus

Shining springtail - Lepidocyrtus
Agoura Hills, Los Angeles County, California, USA
February 2, 2016
Occasionally I see these odd moving sparkles on oak bark. Turns out they are springtails of some sort, with 2 columns of iridescence. I attach this image, and a second with the iridescence angled away so the proper bug is (better) visible.
