Unidentified Butterfly - Callophrys augustinus

June 8, 2013
I found this butterfly along an old railroad grade in a boggy area. I took the photo about 12:30 p.m. Vegetation was Sphagnum Moss, Cottongrass, Leatherleaf
and Labrador Tea. Would anyone be able to identify this butterfly for me? Thank you.

Thanks for asking about the state. I was careless on selecting the
state. You were correct. The location is in the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan near Lake Superior.
