Looks like Salebriaria sp. or Meroptera sp. Found in Oak Woodland black light trap

My thought would be more like Salebriaria, possibly S. turpidella or S. roseopunctella (never sighted in Illinois) - NOT an ID.
Hopefully someone more qualified will come along and place some of these at lease to Genus if not to species.

Family Phycitinae for sure. I am not an expert but think possibly Genus Salabrenaria because the double AM line is followed by a light area on the inner margin. I went to BOLD to find out about the hind wing and it seems to me to match AND the body is striped like your specimen. Unfortunately there are not many photographs and MPG does not say that Illinois is within it's range. Just a suggestion, not an ID.
