Resin bee nest? Dianthidium? - Dianthidium

Resin bee nest? Dianthidium? - Dianthidium
El Paso County, Texas, USA
February 12, 2016
These pictures were taken at the Tom Mays Unit on the "Nature Walk Trail" in the Franklin Mountains State Park by Mr. Benny Pol who identified them as nests made by resin bees. I am assuming that it could be by Dianthidium based on similar BG photos and other online references.
