Size: ~3mm
OK, OK, it's probably just something like an aphid, but it looked mini-menacing as it perched on this blade of grass. Found on a curb, next to frequently mowed grass, which I had to ruffle a bit to get this critter to where I could see it.

Menacing, yes...
looks like she's about to swoop down to grab a ...


... uh, other than another blade of grass, I don't know what else an aphid would like to grab ;-)
