Leptoglossus phyllopus -
it's the only one in that genus with the straight white stripe - see guide page.

Leaffooted Bug
This is one of the Leaffooted Bugs in the family Coreidae. Browse through the images of the different genera and species. Leptoglossus is one genus that has bugs looking like this.
