Looks alot like a Furrow Spid
Looks alot like a Furrow Spider - Larinioides, although I'm not sure of anything beyond that. Say that genus name three times fast!:)

This is probably another Gray cross spider (Larinioides sclopetarius) like the one I posted the other day.
