After navigating

through scores of images of the Texas Coral Snake Micrurus fulvius fulvius I was able to view an image of a US bug of the same name and am willing to accept your determination on genus level. Much thanks.

Miridae on conks?

That surprised me too. I know that members of the genus Phytocoris are predatory, but this one looks nothing like one. What intrigues me most is the long "nose" it's got.
