Anelaphus pumilus
is correct as Grant Schiermeyer suggested...

Moved
Moved from Twig Pruner.

ID
I'm pretty sure this A. pumilus based on the pronotum being expanded at the middle and the three raised glabrous regions on the pronotum.

Moved
Moved from Elaphidiini.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

*
Cerambycidae; most likely Anelaphus parallelus/villosus. I have seen quite a few of these recently in south GA attracted to lights. Wait for expert opinion
