Spider - Agyneta micaria

Spider - Agyneta micaria
Dallas, Gaston County, North Carolina, USA
March 18, 2016
VERY small spider, maybe 1/5" in legspan? I found it under a piece of bark on the ground, seems to have a bit of web around but I can't figure out what kind of spider it is, not even family.
