The postcoxal line seems to curve back up
which suggests a Scymnus species. In Diomus this line should reach and stop at the sternum margin and not does not curve up. I can only see the small image though, perhaps one of you can confirm this is or isn't the case.

Looking at the full-size ventral view of Iustin's beetle, I agree the postcoxal line doesn't reach the posterior margin and at least starts to curve back up.
