I am awash with these fellows. I have lots of side shots, some showing a pink flush between the cream and brown, but they almost never let me get the face-on shot. I also have a photo of a large Robber Fly with one in its clutches if anyone is interested.

but I think you better post the robber fly image...and at least one side shot.

Rather than relate my life story and go on about BugGuide, I'll just say, outstanding image! I'm amazed every time I go to BugGuide but this is only the second time (I think) I've interrupted the scholarly discourse to say wow (without an accompanying ID).
