Lestomyia
Actually, this is a Lestomyia, in the Dasypogoninae! Field characters include the super strong bristles, distinctive stubby flagellum with a little blip of an arista, usually some red patches on the legs, and a stripy abdomen. A lot of undescribed species in this cool genus.
