Skinny Black Robber Fly - Dioctria

Size: 11mm
I got the chance to get a few shots of this fly. It was in a rose bush with "Wild Morning Glory" in it. It seemed to be going after the small flies that were hanging around. I didn't see it actually capture one, though.
