ID by Dr. John Morse of Clemson University.

I had submitted this image back in '04 thinking it was a moth. I believe it was frassed. I figured that since I now know it is a microcaddisfly, it made sense to resubmit it, considering how few examples were in the guide. Feel free to frass again if the image is too unacceptable.
