What is he/she? -
Antheraea polyphemus
Forestville, Sonoma County, California, USA
April 21, 2016
Size: 3" head to wing tip
Been in the same spot for over 24hrs. In no hurry to move, reacts to touch but dies mot fly off. Been here 25 years and never seen one like it.
