Oak woods longhorn - Strophiona nitens

Size: ~12mm
Found this guy resting on a grape leaf in an oak hickory woodland. We think we see the constriction in the pronotum that Patrick and Jim talk about but corrections appreciated.

Another possibility is Typocerus zebra.
