Neoharmonia venusta
. I was going to post one for Ontario today, but guess I don't have to do that now. Nice find!

I think you should post your image of Neoharmonia venusta anyway. As you can see by my
post today
, it seems that there is a fair bit of colour variance for this species. It would be interesting to have these differences documented visually on the site. What do you think?

Hi David,
You brought up a good point - Lady Beetles are among those insects which may have numerous pattern, colour and even size variations within one species (even within the same geographic location). That said, I'll take your advice and post my beetle soon; it is different in markings and colouration.
