Pest Control Website Wasp Misidentification ?

Back in fall of 2014 I did a Google search for bald-face hornet, and came upon a pest control company's several web pages showing an image of what they used to represent one. Their image looked off to me, having a wasp seemingly marked incorrectly to be that hornet.

To my untrained eyes, the image they are displaying as a bald-faced hornet in multiple areas of their pest control website, seems to match a Monobia quadridens better than it does a Dolichovespula maculata.

Just wondering if someone else could take a look at their site and ID their bald-faced hornet image as well. Is it actually a Dolichovespula maculata as they inform, a Monobia quadridens as I thought it might be, or possibly another wasp?

It is misidentified
not a hornet!

Looks like Monobia but not sure about the pale spot visible on T2. Flash artifact?
