Gasteruptiidae
This is definitly a Gasteruptiidae; however I think Megischus is a Stephanidae genus (I may be wrong). The most common genus of Gasteruptiidae is Gasteruption.

Gasteruption looks perfect, but sounds like a stomache disorder. (Last week I shot a syrphid Nausigaster and should look up the root word, no doubt.)

I never quite know how to show the really long stuff.
