Note the following comment under the ID section of the info page for the Acleris semipurpurana - Oak Leaftier Moth

which says:
"Adult color and pattern variable; individuals are best distinguished from the very similar Blueberry Leaftier [Acleris=Croesia curvalana] by association with the larval food plant"
So it comes down to this moth's nearness to either oak leaves or blueberries. Is it possible to rule out one or the other where you took this photo?

In a 100m radius from where I saw the moth th area is dominated by oaks both mature and seedling; no blueberries that I have seen yet
