Black and white, dusty-looking beetle? - Chalcophora angulicollis

Black and white, dusty-looking beetle? - Chalcophora angulicollis
Crescent Lake, Klamath County, Oregon, USA
April 13, 2016
Size: 1.5"
Found clinging to our screen door. Mid-day, sunny and warm. It seems to be a beetle-like insect, but not shiny. He looks gray/dusty, like I'd expect a moth to look. Eyes iridescent golden.
