Much like the post below, except here the transverse bands on the abdominal terga are lighter brown rather than blackish, and the bands are all more uniform in width.

 

Note the bright white knobs of the halteres here, visible through the wings.

Perched within a flower of Desert 5-Spot (Eremalche rotundafolia).
