Ogcodes rufoabdominalis
I suspect you have Ogcodes rufoabdominalis. The abdomen of this species ranges from yellowish-orange to orange-brown, with light colored fasciae separating the segments. So I think yours is just a specimen at the darker end of the range.

 
Ogcodes dispar
Sorry about that, I reviewed Sabrosky's comments on Ogcodes and have come to the conclusion that your specimen is Ogcodes dispar (probably female). Not only does it match the description, but the locality is within the known distribution.

O. rufoabdominalis would have contrasting black thorax and orange abdomen.
