Biting plant bug - Deraeocoris
12 miles SSE of Ozark Missouri, Christian County, Missouri, USA

Size: 3mm
These were found on the underside of oak leaves with associated white fuzzy egg cases. While observing them one crawled on the back of my hand and stabbed into me, leaving small, mildly painful welt. I collected specimens for the microscope.
