Green Metallic Bee?
Mount Nebo State Park, Yell County, Arkansas, USA

Size: ~1/2"
This was trapped in a golf cart in use at the park just outside of Dardanelle Arkansas on Mount Nebo. It moved very quickly and was difficult to photograph. I have never seen one of these up here before. Any help is appreciated and will help us understand our park better.

Nope, not a bee, rather ...
... a cleptoparasite of bees and wasps. This is a wasp of the family Chrysididae.
