NOT Hylobius.
This is one of the "billbugs," in a different subfamily than Hylobius, and related to the burweed billbug. The curved shape of the tibia helps me tell it is a billbug, plus the streamlined elliptical body shape. From the top, it looks like the thorax and abdomen are about the same size, too.
