Moved from Currant Shoot Borer. I recently discovered that there are two species of Incurvaria present in North America. They look like better matches to your moth than any Lampronia that I am aware of. Moving back to superfamily for now until I sort it out.

That's pretty cool. I just checked on Google images and found some moths shown as Incurvara which do look similar but they were from Germany.

 
Pohl et al. (2016) list...
...Incurvaria vetulella (Zetterstedt, 1840) and I. circulella (Zetterstedt, 1840) in their checklist.

Moved tentatively to Lampronia capitella
Moved from Butterflies and Moths.

After updating guide, I am reasonably certain of ID
