Orphulella pelidna
Hi, This and O. speciosa are very similar, but due to the nature of the markings, the long wings, and the fastigum protruding quite a bit in front of the eyes, I'd say it is this species. They are prettier in your part of the world than here in New Mexico - more drab looking here.
