Suborder Palpatores?

Suborder Palpatores?
47.630423N 52.687527W (WGS84), Logy Bay, Northeast Avalon, Newfoundland/Labrador, Canada
July 1, 2007
Size: 3mm Body Length
I'm pretty certain this is Suborder Palpatores based on a photo that I took last year:
Harvestmen - Same Species...
I'd just like confirmation before moving it to the Palpatores page.  This individual has only a 3mm body compared to a 10mm body for last year's individual. I guess this year's must be a juvenile?
