In yellow pan trap. I think it's a Diap*riid, but I'm no expert.

I've got to stop guessing Diap*riid... Again, thanks for the ID and correction.
Moved from parasitic Apocrita.

Aphelinid Wasp
These small Chalcids are related to Encyrtidae, but with a slightly different venation. Unlike most Chalcids, most have dull colors like this one.

Based on the advanced cerci (black dots with hairlike projections about midway on the gaster), antennal segmentation, and long stigmal vein in the wing, this is almost certainly a member of the Encyrtidae.
