Size: ~ 1 mm
In yellow pan trap. I think it's a Diap*riid, but I'm no expert.

I've got to stop guessing Diap*riid... Again, thanks for the ID and correction.
Moved from parasitic Apocrita.

Aphelinid Wasp
These small Chalcids are related to Encyrtidae, but with a slightly different venation. Unlike most Chalcids, most have dull colors like this one.
