These are black soldier flies, Hermetia illuscens. Larvae develop in carrion, but I seem to recall they feed on maggots of other fly species. The adults, I think, are mimics of the pipe organ mud dauber wasp....

Thank You , Could they possible be eating eartworms they were found in an earth worm bed.

 
Doubtful.
I doubt they would eat earthworms, though I've also learned over the years that there is much that is unknown:-)
