Size: ~8mm
I'm adding this because there are no images recorded for the state of NJ. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

This is actually Anatis labiculata. The much larger size is the first difference. The second is the pronotum pattern, which is much darker. The head pattern in Olla v-nigrum is mostly white with a short black jagged margin, not black with two white spots. And finally the marking pattern is much stronger than Olla v-nigrum, which rarely has a third row of markings.
