Reminds me of members of the genus Scolops. This may be a good place to start investigating.

another image I took this morning. The head shape seems to different. Would the adult have a similar head?

An immature ... watch for the adult, which has wings.

 
I does look similar
This seems to have a more robust head structure. This is only the second one I've seen.
