Leptothorax? - Tetramorium tsushimae - female

Leptothorax? - Tetramorium tsushimae - Female
St. Louis City, Tower Grove Park, Missouri, USA
June 10, 2016
Leptothorax is but an educated guess, but I would appreciate confirmation or correction.

These ladies were busily hauling out sawdust from the base of an old Magnolia tree. Seems they were making their nest in the (presumably) rotted interior of the tree.
