Cormorant Cove about 30 minutes after ~7AM high tide. The gastropods on the carapaces are Crepidula fornicata slipper shells; there is also a Littorina littorea (common periwinkle) on the tail of the male near the base. Also spotted on the carapace of the male (not visible here): a Palaemonetes grass shrimp.
