Size: Less than 1/2"
Late afternoon, day after heavy thunderstorms, resting on the underside of a Japanese Maple tree leaf. It was larger than 1/4", but less than 1/2".

That Could Be It
The wings looked a bit like a moth's, that's why I described it as such. I can see now that it's probably a plant hopper, as per your suggestion. Thanks!
