Argiope spiderlings

Argiope spiderlings
Orleans, Orleans County, Vermont, USA
June 19, 2016
These were on the back of the house. While photographing them, I accidentally jiggled the web between babies and mom. Mom ran out of a light fixture. She was definitely an Argiope (black/yellow) but ran back quickly and never came out again while I was there. That's why I call these Argiope spiderlings. I hope you agree.

Moved from ID Request. I'm not sure what to think of this. I'm wondering why we don't already have mother and baby shots of this species.

More pics?
Can you get some dorsal shots and the egg sac and the mother? :)

I'm planning on going back fo
I'm planning on going back for some more, but it will be a week later. Quite the bummer. I've been trying all week to get back.

sorry. the nest was swept off
sorry. the nest was swept off of the porch this past week. I stopped by. They KNOW I wanted it (my daughter) but did that anyhow. I'm sure most survived. It was done out of tidiness, not dislike of spiders. Just uncaring of them.

That’s a shame.
These look like some Araneus spiderlings, so if the Argiope was there I’m not sure she was the mom.
